Product return policy
By targeting customer satisfaction, BIO GENIC Pro Nutrition implements a very flexible return policy. The customer has the right to return a product either if it is defective or does not satisfy it and request its replacement or refund the amount it has disposed to purchase. In case you decide to return the product, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:
1) Product returns are accepted within 15 days of the date indicated on the sales receipt.
2) Under no circumstances will a product not in its original condition be accepted.
That is, the product must:
a) Not opened
b) Have all his labels
c) Do not damage the packaging
3) The product must be returned with all accompanying documents, such as or from. retailer, bulletin, etc.
4) Some products are not reimbursed for hygiene reasons (reference is made to the description of these products)
